XLI23 stands behind the craftsmanship of every timepiece. Our warranty ensures your watch is protected against manufacturing defects.
What is Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration specified below.
- Movement defects and malfunctions
- Case and crystal manufacturing defects
- Crown and pusher functionality
- Strap or bracelet attachment defects
Warranty Period
All XLI23 timepieces are covered by a 24-month international warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date shown on your original purchase receipt or warranty card.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
- Improper use, accidents, or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Water damage if water resistance specifications were exceeded
- Battery replacement or strap wear
- Loss or theft
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team with your order number and description of the issue
- Provide photographs of the defect if requested
- Return the watch in its original packaging with proof of purchase
- Our team will assess the claim and provide repair or replacement as appropriate
Important: Please retain your original purchase receipt and warranty card. These documents are required to validate warranty claims.
Servicing and Maintenance
We recommend servicing your XLI23 timepiece every 3-5 years to maintain optimal performance. Regular maintenance includes movement inspection, lubrication, water resistance testing, and case refinishing if needed. Servicing fees apply and are not covered under warranty.
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by XLI23. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
