What does 理 mean?
Li means inner order and structure, the discipline that holds when everything around it shifts.
When does Prologue launch?
The current planned launch date is 15 September 2026.
Can I reserve a watch?
We currently collect waitlist registrations. Join the XLI23 mailing list to be notified if early access or a limited reservation window becomes available.
Where will XLI23 ship?
We ship globally. Confirmed shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed upon checkout.
Can I swim with the watch?
The current specification is 50 metres (5 ATM). Rain and everyday splashes are acceptable with the screw-down crown secured, but swimming, showering, diving, hot water and saunas should be avoided.
How should the watch be cared for?
Use fresh water, a soft cloth and thoughtful handling. Keep it away from strong magnetic fields and have water resistance checked every one to two years.
What warranty is offered?
Every XLI23 watch is covered by a two-year international warranty against manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and movement. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or damage resulting from use outside the stated care and water-resistance guidelines. How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact admin@xli23.com with proof of purchase. Do not open or modify the watch, as unauthorised repair can affect coverage. For additional warranty details, please visit our warranty section.
