WHY XLI23
Meaningful things are rarely made in one place.
They are made at the intersection of many. XLI23 is that intersection: Japanese precision at its heart, Chinese philosophy woven through it and made where that philosophy was born, Lebanese resilience in its DNA, drawn between Colombia and Italy, assembled in Italy, and carried to the world from Dubai and the Netherlands.
That convergence is the X. Not a single origin. A point where different worlds meet and become something greater, together.

THE IDEA
This began as a question about life, not watchmaking.
It started as a book. Writing lets a thought outlast the moment and reach beyond the person who had it. But a book asks for stillness, and life rarely offers it. The question became: what object could carry a philosophy into daily life?
The answer was a watch. The book became thought. The watch became presence. Together they became XLI23.

It was made to stay through changing careers, cities and relationships, through failures, recoveries and victories. Its value was never temporary perfection; it was long-term meaning deepened through presence.

THE ENGRAVINGS
The dial communicates outward. The caseback communicates inward.
The caseback carries three marks: XLI23 · Prologue · 理. The crown carries the X. The clasp carries 理. Held against the wrist and set by hand, the marks are touched more often than noticed.
