Return Window

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at admin@xli23.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, XLI23 will cover all reasonable return shipping costs. To submit a warranty or defect claim, please initiate a return request through our website and email a description of the issue, together with clear photographs, to admin@xli23.com. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
